Which formats do I get?

Every model ships as 3ds Max scenes for Corona and V-Ray, plus FBX and OBJ exports with textures. Texture packs include the raw maps and ready material libraries.

Can I use assets in client work?

Yes. Every purchase and free download comes with a royalty-free commercial licence. You just can't resell or redistribute the files themselves.

I bought something but can't download it.

Check your library first; every purchase stays there permanently. If it's missing, message us with the email you used at checkout and we'll fix it straight away.

A file has a problem. What now?

Send the asset name and a screenshot of what you're seeing, plus which software and version you're in. Sales are final, but genuine faults get repaired: we fix the file and hand you the corrected version.

Do you take custom modelling work?

Sometimes. Send the brief, deadline and reference images through the form and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
