ODRM LAB (“we”) operates odrmlab.com and produces the 3D models and texture packs sold here. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record for every purchase and appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement.

You can reach us any time through the contact page. Full trading details are shown on the receipt Polar issues for your order.

You need an account to download anything, including free assets. Keep your password to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account.

Registered members can download up to 3 free assets in a 24 hour period. Re-downloading something already in your library never counts against that.

We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service: sharing files, automated scraping, bulk downloading beyond normal use, chargebacks made in bad faith, or attempts to break the download system.

Every asset, paid or free, comes with a royalty-free commercial licence. Full details are on the licence page, and that page forms part of these terms.

In short: use them in client work, renders, animations, real-time scenes and marketing, without attribution. Don't resell, share or redistribute the files themselves, in original or modified form.

Models are $5 and texture packs are $20. Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may show your local currency and your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees. Depending on where you are, local sales tax or VAT is either included in the price or added at checkout; Polar calculates and remits it.

Prices can change, but never retroactively. What you already bought stays bought at the price you paid.

Assets are delivered as instant downloads. Once a purchase completes, the asset appears in your library and can be downloaded as often as you like, permanently.

All sales are final. These are one-time purchases of digital files that can't be returned once delivered, so we don't issue refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

If something is wrong with a file, we fix it. Report it through the contact page with the asset name and a screenshot of the problem, and we'll investigate. Where there's a genuine fault, such as a corrupt file, a missing map, a broken material or geometry that doesn't match the product page, we'll repair the asset and give you the corrected version. That is the remedy we offer instead of a refund.

A screenshot matters because it turns guesswork into a fix: it shows the software, the version and what actually went wrong on your machine, which is usually enough to identify the cause in one pass.

If you're in the EU or UK: by starting a download immediately after purchase, you agree that performance of the contract begins right away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14 day withdrawal right for that item. If you haven't downloaded it yet, that right still stands.

We aim to keep the site and downloads running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues or problems at a third-party provider can cause downtime.

Assets can be withdrawn from sale at any time. Anything already in your library stays available to you.

The assets, the site design, the text and the ODRM LAB name remain our property. Buying an asset buys you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Where an asset resembles a real-world product, any trademarks and design rights belong to their owners. It's your responsibility to make sure the way you use an asset is appropriate for your project.

The assets are provided as they are. We take quality seriously, but we can't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed deadlines, lost profits or render farm costs. Any liability we do have is limited to what you paid for the asset in question.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms can change as the service grows. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use odrmlab.com after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer somewhere else, mandatory protections in your own country still apply to you.
